2 years ago we released JMR006, an EP by a young collective of producers named Pozzi from Bloemfontein, Free State. With other releases on, Soul Candi, NightChild Records out of New York, USA run by Rissa Garcia and a handful of other notable international releases the group certainly raised a few eyebrows.Since then some of the members have also pursued solo expressions, Washington is a by-product of this movement and will be releasing his own original solo EP on Just Move Records early next year. We sat down with Washington before he travels up to Johannesburg for the Label Showcase this Saturday at Poolside. Who is Washington? I am a 25 year old South African male and a Deep House producer.
